ConAgra Foods declares quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Con Agra Foods Inc has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.2725 per share. It will be paid March 1, 2005, to stockholders of record Feb 1, 2005. This will be the second quarterly dividend at the $0.2725 rate; the annualized dividend is $1.09 per common share.
