A year later, Covenant division accelerating

Covenant Transport’s Temperature Control division recently celebrated its one-year anniversary as a separate unit within the company. The division has more than 300 solo and team tractors and 600-plus refrigerated trailers.
Since Temperature Control became a division in summer 2005, its fleet has grown close to 40% in one year by focusing on strategic selling in the market to improve lane density and efficiency. Covenant Transport’s plan is to continue to add capacity to its Temperature Control fleet as it gains market recognition and identity.
