Herb's will become New Wave Cuisine

Cuisine Innovations LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saveur Food Group LLC, has acquired the business of Herb's Seafood Inc. The appetizer division purchased from Tyson Foods in 2003 and formerly known as DFG Foods, Cuisine Innovations produces frozen hors d’oeuvres. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Mt Holly NJ, Herb's is a frozen seafood manufacturer founded in 1965. It is a leading producer of frozen crab cakes, as well as frozen seafood appetizers and entrees. The company distributes its products under the Kaptain's Ketch brand nationwide.
Herb's will change its name to New Wave Cuisine LLC.
