ICBS Ltd, a business development, financial, and management consulting firm based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has signed a letter of intent to acquire full ownership of Comfy Cuisine Co.

Headquartered in Long Island NY, Comfy Cuisine manufactures a line of frozen Italian food products, including pizza, that are all-natural, gluten- and sugar-free. These products allow people with diabetes and Celiac’s disease to enjoy food not normally available to them.

The company has registered its pasta dough formula with the United States Patent Office.

Garth McIntosh, president and chief executive officer of ICBS, said, “Ramapo Valley Brewery, one of ICBS’s first acquisitions, manufactures a line of gluten-free beer, and what goes best with pizza? Beer.”
