Kahiki Foods has established an agreement with Ocean to Ocean Seafood Sales (Canada), a wholly owned subsidiary of Icelandic USA Inc.

Ocean to Ocean Canada will sell and market Asian frozen foods in Canada. Under the 31⁄2-year agreement, Kahiki will be Ocean to Ocean’s exclusive United States manufacturer of Asian frozen foods, while Ocean to Ocean will be Kahiki’s exclusive sales and marketing partner in Canada. Kahiki will manufacture Ocean to Ocean’s Asian Classic brand as well as Asian private label products for supermarkets, warehouse clubs, and foodservice operators in Canada. Ocean to Ocean is based in Montreal and has an office in Toronto.
