Pepsi Bottling Group acquires Maine firm

The Pepsi Bottling Group Inc has completed its acquisition of Seltzer and Rydholm Inc, an Auburn ME-based bottling business that serves customers in central and southern Maine.
This transaction closed October 1; terms were not disclosed.
With operations in the United States, Canada, Greece, Mexico, Russia, Spain, and Turkey, the Pepsi Bottling Group is the world’s largest manufacturer, seller, and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages.
