Sartori Foods, a cheese producer based in Plymouth WI, has acquired Linden Cheese Co. Jim Sartori, president and chief executive officer, says “The purchase of Linden Cheese strengthens Sartori Foods’ position in the specialty cheese marketplace and will provide our company with additional unique resources and capabilities.”

In the past 30 years, Linden WI-based Linden Cheese has produced various specialty cheeses with a recent focus on award-winning blue cheese. Sartori Artisan Foods LLC will continue to invest in the facility and place an emphasis on gorgonzola, blue cheese, and a number of surface-ripened cheeses. Linden Cheese provides Sartori Foods opportunities for innovation involving specialty and customized cheeses.
