Schwan's has a bigger slice of frozen pizza

T-and-N Foods, a Montreal, Canada-based producer and marketer of frozen pizza and bread products, has been purchased by a subsidiary of The Schwan Food Co. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Marshall MN-based Schwan’s will run T-and-N as a wholly owned subsidiary.
With about 22,000 employees in North America and Europe, Schwan’s produces and markets frozen foods for grocery stores, foodservice operations, and home delivery.
