V-Net Beverage Inc has appointed a Canadian distributor for its Rush Cola products: Tree of Life/Gourmet Award Foods Canada Inc, a marketer of natural and specialty foods. Rush Cola will be launched in June 2004 across Canada.

Tree of Life operates three distribution warehouses in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, Canada servicing 20,000 food chains and independent retailers. The company has a sales force of 130 account representatives and a group of 30 subdistributors that serve smaller "mom and pop"-type outlets.

V-Net has the distribution and licensing rights to Rush Cola products, specially formulated, low-calorie, natural soft drinks enhanced with herbs.
