YoCream International Inc, a manufacturer and wholesaler of frozen desserts and smoothies, reported financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended July 31, 2005.

Third quarter sales were $5,895,000, compared with $5,907,000 in the third quarter of 2004. For the nine months ended July 31, 2005, sales totaled $14,438,000, in contrast to $14,213,000 in the 2004 period.

Net income for the third quarter was about $101,000, compared with $189,000 for the same period a year ago. For the nine months, net income was approximately $184,000, versus $349,000 for the same period in 2004.
