Millard to make CA facility bigger, better

Omaha NE-based Millard Refrigeration Services plans to expand its Manteca CA cold storage operation from 190,000 to 350,000 square feet. When complete, the expansion should result in 100 workers being employed at the site.
Permits worth $9.1 million for two warehouse structures and a $1.1 million rack system were approved by the City of Manteca.
The second-largest third-party provider of refrigerated warehouse and distribution centers in the nation, Millard has a total refrigerated warehouse capacity of more than 7.2 million square feet.
