Aurora sustains $12.7 million net loss in 3Q

St Louis MO-based Aurora Foods Inc, a marketer of frozen food brands, has announced results for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2003. Aurora's net loss for the third quarter 2003 was $12.7 million, or $0.17 per share, compared with a net loss of $5.8 million, or $0.08 per share, in the third quarter a year ago.Aurora's net sales in the third quarter of 2003 were $170.0 million versus $181.3 million in third-quarter 2002.
