XStream Beverage Group Inc has completed the acquisition of the Maui Juice Co. Founded in 1986, Maui Juice currently sells its seven flavors of fresh perishable juice throughout Hawaii. The company said that its juice line will continue to be made in its Maui HI facility using ingredients from local resources.

The Maui Juice acquisition is being facilitated through a combination of stock and cash tied to certain performance criteria. Specific terms were not disclosed.

XStream Beverage Group has its own distribution facilities in Fort Lauderdale FL and Bristol CT. The firm plans to acquire small- to medium-size distributors in locations nationwide, while concurrently introducing its own products through those distribution channels.
