Ruan Logistics Announces Partnership with Agrilink Foods

Ruan Logistics has announced a logistics services partnership with Agrilink Foods that will operate from Agrilink’s offices in Green Bay WI. Ruan will manage all inbound, outbound, and interplant movements for Agrilink to meet its needs as well as those of its dealers and suppliers. Shipments will be administered using CAPS Logistics TransPro, Ruan’s proprietary load tender and tracking and tracing technology for optimized routes within the freight management network.
The agreement is part of Ruan’s strategy aimed at shippers of refrigerated products. Agrilink is an agricultural marketing cooperative with more than 600 members. It processes name brand, private label, and foodservice products. Ruan has more than 200 facilities nationwide.
