Thermo King Corp has presented Indianapolis-based Thermo King of Indiana with its President's Quality award. The award recognizes Thermo King team members for dedication and extraordinary contributions towards improved product quality and performance.

“When a set-point issue came up with a major customer, Thermo King of Indiana coordinated field tests to validate possible solutions and worked as a team with fellow dealers and corporate staff to find the right solution — never giving up until the customer was satisfied,” said Bill Schott, director — customer technical services for Thermo King.
