Ron Alvarez has joined Phillips Industries as national sales manager-OE service. He previously spent more than 18 years with DENSO Sales California, mostly in its OES sales group focusing on sales expansion of OES accounts for automotive products, and in the development of Latin American business.
Grote Industries has promoted Matt Forner to director of aftermarket sales. Forner began his career at Grote in 1993, and his most recent role was Traditional Division sales manager.
Rick Kempski has joined Webb Wheel Products as vice president-marketing. With more than 20 years' experience in the commercial vehicle industry, he most recently was director of new products and business development for the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Division of ArvinMeritor. Fred Brown has been named Webb's director of fleet business development — a newly created position. He comes to the company from the Marmon Highway Technology (MHT) group, where he was director of business development/Freightliner LLC.
