Accellos and Acumatica have announced an integration between Acumatica Cloud ERP (enterprise resource planning) and AccellosOne Cloud WMS (warehouse management system). The integration gives manufacturers, distributors, and retailers a seamless workflow between ERP and WMS across orders, inventory, and fulfillment processes.

Accellos provides supply chain execution software specifically for the needs of small and mid-size businesses (SMBs). The AccellosOne product suite includes Warehouse Management, Shipping, Dock Door Scheduling, Supply Chain Intelligence, and Transportation Optimization. The AccellosOne Integration for Acumatica Cloud ERP allows Acumatica ERP users to integrate best-of-breed supply chain execution technology with their existing ERP system.

This interface uses Acumatica Web service integration tools and also includes certain extensions to Acumatica ERP using Acumatica Studio. Extensions facilitate immediate information transfers between ERP and WMS. This approach ensures that orders and inventory are kept in sync at all times across both systems. The interface supports multiple companies, multiple warehouse operations, and these information flows:

•Item Master—including sub items, item barcode cross-references, lot tracking attributes, and serial tracking attributes

•Inbound/purchase orders—including standard orders, blanket orders, and transfer requests

•Outbound shipments—created in the ERP, shipments are sent to the WMS for allocation planning, wave planning, picking, packing, loading, and shipping

•Inventory adjustments—inventory changes in the WMS as a result of cycle counting, receipts, shipments, and manual adjustments are synched with the ERP to ensure accurate inventory information across both systems
