Campanelli will build
cold storage facility
for dessert company

Jul 30, 2010 9:47 AM

Campanelli Companies, a full-service commercial real estate development and construction firm, announced that it will be providing construction management services on behalf of Bindi, an Italian dessert company, to build a new cold storage facility in Kearny NJ.

This 46,300-square-foot facility will feature office, freezer, and storage space. The site allows for possible future expansion of the manufacturing area.

Jeff DeMarco of Campanelli said, “We are confident in the success of this project with Bindi, just as we have been with previous cold storage facility developments. The conveniently located site on the Belleville Turnpike is advantageous for Bindi, and with the recent approval of the zoning certificate, construction is ready to commence.”

Campanelli has experience in development and construction of cold storage facilities. In the past three years, the firm has been responsible for projects with Preferred Freezer Services, a refrigerated warehouse provider. Most notable is Campanelli’s development of 11 facilities that totaled 1.5 million square feet of warehouse, distribution, and office space.

To date, Campanelli has developed 18 million square feet of commercial real estate property in New England and along the Eastern Seaboard. Visit www.campanelli.com for more information.
