Central Storage & Warehouse Co announces the opening of its newest refrigerated warehouse in Madison WI.

The 42,000-square-foot (1.6 million-cu-ft) freezer expansion provides quality control, security, and sanitation while minimizing environmental impact through advanced energy management. Thanks to construction partner Consolidated Construction of Appleton WI and refrigeration contractor Gartner Refrigeration of Minneapolis MN, the freezer was erected in an 80-day window from concept to occupancy. The new building completes the reconstruction of the entire Cottage Grove Road site, which fire devastated in 1991.

A family-owned business headquartered in Madison, Central Storage & Warehouse Co has almost 20 million cubic feet of public warehousing at seven Wisconsin locations and has been providing service since 1947.
