J.G. Petrucci Company Inc. has agreed to sell 31 acres at the Forks Business Center in Forks Township PA to Henningsen Cold Storage Co. The price of this transaction was not available.

Oregon-based Henningsen is a full-service, public refrigerated warehousing company offering more than 37 million cubic feet of frozen and refrigerated warehousing space. It has locations in Idaho, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington .

Henningsen intends to construct a 466,000-square-foot cold storage plant on the Pennsylvania site, which is expected to be operational in 2009, according to J.G. Petrucci. About 75 jobs are expected to be created at this facility.
