Celstar Group acquires more FRP capacity

The Celstar Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Fiberglass Technology Industries Inc (Fiber-Tech Industries), has acquired the assets and production facility of Crane CorTec, previously owned by Dyrotech Industries Inc, a subsidiary of the Crane Co.
Crane CorTec manufactures structural composite panels and fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP) for walls, floors, and roofs in the transportation, construction, and marine industries. Fiber-Tech produces structural fiberglass-reinforced panels for use in these industries.
