Former USF Logistics president joins TLC

C2 Inc announced March 14 that Frank W Reuwer has joined its operating unit, Total Logistic Control (TLC), as executive vice-president of supply chain services.

In this new position, Reuwer will oversee the strategic development of client-specific supply chain solutions for new and existing TLC customers. He will direct and manage the integration of TLC's logistic management, transportation, and distribution services.

Reuwer's career spans 22 years in the logistics industry in key management positions, most recently as president and chief executive officer of USF Logistics, where he was responsible for aligning its five separate business sectors into a unified supply chain management service. During his term as president, USF Logistics revenues exceeded $150 million with significant improvements in income.

He has been director of operations and lead logistics manager at Menlo Logistics, and also served in various management positions at Consolidated Freightways.
