ProLogis sells US refrigerated warehousing

ProLogis, based in Denver CO, has closed the sale of CS Integrated, its United States refrigerated warehouses, to Atlas Cold Storage Income Trust and to P&O Cold Logistics. The entire sale generated $272 million. Combined with $122 million from the sale of refrigerated warehousing in Europe, ProLogis has raised $400 million. The company continues to own refrigerated warehousing in the United Kingdom and France. These operations are valued at $173 million.
