Total Logistics Inc (TLI) announced that its subsidiary Total Logistic Control (TLC) has entered into a new 10-year exclusive contract to provide railcar switching and placement services with the City of Rochelle IL. Railcar switching and placement services are provided to industrial rail users on the city's lead track.

TLC has provided rail service for six companies in Rochelle, handling about 4,500 railcars per year. The city is extending its lead track more than three miles, and a number of additional rail users have made commitments to locate in this rail corridor. Rochelle is at the easternmost intersection of the main lines of both the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroads.

TLI is a Milwaukee WI-based public company operating two wholly owned businesses: TLC and Zero Zone.
